In a bowl add pure ghee and ice cubes beat it very well.
Mixture looks like a cream.
Add all purpose flour, milk and water for running consistency.
Then put the kadahi on gas heat ghee then put iron ring for shape.
Another pan add sugar and water for sugar syrup boil it.
Pour the batter from 2 feet height.
Move aside a fried batter from center.
Repeat this process 5 - 6 times for a ghevar.
Let the extra ghee come out.
Now sweeten it up with sugar syrup.
Now spread rabri on it.
Garnish with chopped almonds.
